Get scouted for sales roles you'd actually close.
Take a ten-minute AI sales call. Get a Sales Print for how you sell. Let companies hiring your style ask for an intro. You stay confidential until you say yes, and reps never pay.

The resume and the application, reimagined.
Applying for a sales job today means rewriting the resume, sending it to hundreds of postings, and hearing back from a handful. Hiring Beagle replaces all of it with one interview.
Not the perfect fit where you are? You are someone's perfect fit.
One AI sales call, about ten minutes, scored the same way for every rep. That score and your selling style stand in for the resume. The profile you fill in once, with your target comp, role types, licenses and experience, stands in for every application.
Companies see you only when a role fits: their target style matches yours and their comp clears the floor you set. So the intros you get are for roles that pay what you asked for, with buyers your way of selling wins. Closing more of them is where the commission comes from.
A rep who trails in one segment is often the best closer in another. That is exactly what a pipeline audit measures, deal by deal: which rep wins which kind of buyer. Hiring Beagle's job is to find the company whose gap is the thing you do best.
Three steps. About ten minutes.
The scenario is the same for every rep, so scores compare. Everything after the interview runs in the background.

Sell to Jordan.
Jordan is a scripted, skeptical VP of Sales with fifteen minutes and an incumbent tool. Seven objections, discovery through close. Speak your answers or type them.
- 02
Get your Sales Print.
A 0 to 100 read on drive, composure, listening and the other traits that help any seller, with a confidence band that narrows as you add real calls. Your style, warm or blunt, consultative or urgent, sits on a radar and never moves the number.
- 03
Companies come to you.
When a role matches how you sell, the company sees an anonymized profile and can request an intro. You accept or decline, one company at a time. Block your current employer and they never see you at all.
Hiring? We start with the reps you already have.
Your own calls and deals tell us who closes for you and where you are short. Scouted reps who fit that pattern come to you already interviewed and scored. The audit is free. You pay a placement fee only when you hire.
- 01
We score the reps who already win for you.
Your existing sales calls run through the same trait model that scores every candidate. You get a Sales Print of your best closers: the drive, composure, and selling style that actually wins your buyers, read from the conversations rather than a review.
- 02
We show where demand outruns your team.
Your deals cluster into prospect segments. For each one you see its share of pipeline, its close rate, and which rep wins it. Where every rep trails, that segment is a talent gap, and the profile it needs is a selling style you do not have yet.
- 03
We search reps who have already done the applying.
Every rep in Hiring Beagle is open to a move, has taken the same scored interview, and has filled in what a hiring team needs to decide: role type, target comp, licenses, industries, experience. Nothing to collect from them, nothing to chase.
- 04
We show you only the fits.
Role type and comp gate first. Then each rep's style is matched against the pattern of your winners for that segment. What reaches you is a short list, anonymized until the rep says yes, instead of a stack of applications to read.
A fit pays both sides.
The rep who fits a segment closes more of it. Your team's number goes up, the rep's commission goes up, and a rep who is earning stays. That is the whole bet, and it is why reps never pay and companies pay only on a hire.
| Prospect segment | Pipeline | Close rate | Best rep |

Healthcare and regulated Talent gap | 15% | 24% | Dana K. 31% |
Questions reps ask before they sign up.
- Is Hiring Beagle free for reps?
- Yes. Reps never pay. Hiring Beagle earns a placement fee from the employer when a hire happens, not from you.
- Will my current employer find out?
- No. Your profile is confidential by default: employers see your Sales Print (your score and selling style) with your name and contact hidden, and they only learn who you are if you accept an intro. You can also block specific companies so they never see you at all, not even an anonymized card.
- How is the Sales Print calculated?
- A trait model reads your calls, or a short AI interview, and scores how you sell: drive, composure, listening, and your style. It is the same model that grades live sales calls inside Salescadia, not a personality quiz. Each call you add tightens the confidence band.
- Do I have to upload calls?
- No. A ten-minute AI interview is enough to get scored. Pasting past transcripts, importing them from Fireflies, or dropping recordings sharpens the number and can earn a Verified badge.
- What do employers see?
- When you fit a role a company is hiring for, they see your anonymized Sales Print, never your identity, and can request an intro. You decide whether to accept. If you apply to a role yourself, that one company sees your name.
- Who owns my data?
- You do. We never sell it, confidential mode keeps your identity private until you choose to reveal it, and you can delete your profile and everything attached to it from your dashboard at any time.
The long version, including what we store and how to delete it, is on the trust and data page.
